Pantheia hesabını ve tüm verilerini istediğin zaman silebilirsin.
Uygulamadan: Sen sekmesi → en altta "Hesabımı sil". Hesabın hemen kapanır, tüm verilerin 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.
Uygulamaya giremiyorsan, hesabını açtığın e-posta adresinden bize yaz; kimliğini doğrulayıp hesabını sileriz.
Silinenler: profilin, soruların ve kararların, sohbetlerin, hafızan, hedeflerin, alışkanlıkların, mektupların ve tüm günlük kayıtların. Kanunen saklanması gereken faturalama kayıtları ilgili süre boyunca tutulur.
Mağaza aboneliğin varsa, onu App Store ya da Google Play ayarlarından ayrıca iptal etmen gerekir.
Deleting your account
You can delete your Pantheia account and all your data at any time.
In the app: You tab → at the bottom, "Delete my account". Your account closes at once and all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
If you can't open the app, write to us from the email address you signed up with; we'll verify it's you and delete your account.
Deleted: your profile, questions and decisions, chats, memory, goals, habits, letters and all daily entries. Billing records the law requires us to keep are kept for that period.
If you have a store subscription, cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play settings.
